Brent Dickerson

Brent (he/him,they/them) was born in Tennessee and raised in Fremont, CA and since has lived in Germany and Alabama (Active-duty Army.)  Graduated from Humboldt State University, Arcata, CA, short stay at Heartwood Institute of Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he met his partner Ryanne Mack. Then lived in Asheville, NC (where the 3 flesh puppies were born) then Chester NY, and finally landed in Carlisle PA.

Brent has been attending UUCV since moving to Carlisle in 2019 and was attracted to the community through RE and the OWL program.  Brent strives to be anti-racist and a voice for the unheard (and admittedly still makes mistakes.)  They currently serve as a Worship Associate and on the Safe Congregation Response Team.  He has been in the food service industry for most of his adult life and loves the outdoors, gardening, cooking and music of all sorts.
