The Carlisle Area Religious Council will sponsor a Community Thanksgiving service on November 19 at 7 PM, hosted by First United Church of Christ, located at 30 N. Pitt St. Carlisle. The program will include readings, prayers for concerns that affect our community, nation and world, and musical offerings from several different faith communities. Now more than ever we need to come together as a community and offer thanks for the many blessings we have received and pray for the needs of our neighbors and all of creation.
