October 13: The Akashic Field – In Search of an Integral Theory

In his 2004 book Science and the Akashic Field, physicist Ervin Laszlo identifies four areas in modern science—cosmology, quantum physics, biology, consciousness research—in which current theoretical concepts have proven inadequate.  To address this problem, Laszlo offers a “new” concept: an inter-connecting cosmic information field that is foundational to all of physical reality, a field that ancient Indian sages called Akasha.  Discussion leader: Don Hoffman.
