UUCV’s Brian McPherson…I thought some (or even all?) of you might be interested in a project that I was involved in, spearheaded by two of my friends and colleagues Amany Shalaby and Debra Graugnard. They hosted an interview series on Sacred Sound, the origin of Creation, and the emanation of Consciousness. I am one of the featured speakers. The series is called The Ocean of Sound Summit. It begins February 28th, this Tuesday.

There is no cost to register. The format for this series of interviews is to have two released each day for four days. I will be featured on the first day. You don’t have to listen/watch the interviews at a prescribed time but can access them at any point after they are first released. I should add, just as a heads up, that the organizers and persons interviewed, including myself, identify as Sufis, in some manner. That being said, it is hard to put a Sufi into any specific box. I refer to them as the UUs of the Islamic world.
