(Perhaps obviously, sending this information out on our website and by email is almost oxymoronic, so as you read this notice please be conscious of others in our community who might benefit from the offer who will not receive this information via online communications!  Printing a copy of this post to share with someone who could access the web at a public or academic library, for instance, might be very helpful—as would allowing someone to use your computer to apply for themselves!)
