Winter Solstice – December 21 – 7:00 PM

Come join in a Winter Solstice celebration at 7 p.m. in the Social Hall. Please bring a candle or two to share at your table (wax or battery-powered, in it’s own holder so it can safely stand on it’s own— tea lights, jar candles, tapers). We will listen to readings about Solstice, sing some Solstice songs, sit in silence in the darkness for a bit, listen to holiday music (by Brian & Marlene McPherson and Cheryl Parsons), receive a meditation from Rev. Meg, celebrate the growing light (with more and more candles) and enjoy some holiday refreshments. Have holiday cookies or treats to share? Please bring them! Questions? Contact Dot Everhart at [email protected] or 717-991-3539. Hope to see you at the first ANNUAL Winter Solstice event!

This is not a multi-generational service. It is a time of meditation. If you require childcare, please contact Pam [email protected]
