In a world aching for justice and renewal, we gather to honor the sacred act of resistance. This Side With Love Sunday, we center our hearts and spirits on the theme: Holy Disruption: Meeting the Moment with Faithful Action.
Rooted in love and called by courage, we explore how resistance becomes a spiritual practice—a way of living our values in public, of showing up for one another, and of disrupting injustice with compassion and conviction. Through word, song, and collective witness, we will reflect on what it means to meet this moment—imperfect, urgent, and holy—and how love guides us not away from the struggle, but deeper into community and liberation.
Come as you are. Come ready to be stirred, grounded, and renewed for the work of love. Rev. Phoenix Bell-Shelton Biggs preaches with worship associate Melissa Mattson.
