Rev. Phoenix Bell-Shelton Biggs (they/them) Minister
Rev. Phoenix Bell-Shelton Biggs (they/them) is a Queer, BIPOC, non-binary, and mixed-race Unitarian Universalist minister, public theologian, author, and community organizer dedicated to radical love, liberation theology, and creating inclusive spiritual sanctuary for marginalized communities.

Lynn Sodora (She/her), Director of Lifespan Faith Development.
Lynn Sodora has been a professional Unitarian Universalist religious educator for 23 years having served two prior UU congregations in New Jersey before moving to Carlisle and joining UUCV as the Director of Lifespan Faith Development in January of 2023.
Rev. Chris Kapp, Community Minister
Rev. Chris Kapp serves as our Community Minister, bringing a vibrant blend of spiritual care, artistic expression, and dedicated advocacy to our Unitarian Universalist congregation.

Shelly Eberly (she/her) UUCV Office & Operations Manager
Shelly Eberly began working for UUCV in December of 2025. Shelly is very excited to be working for such an amazing community. She supports safe spaces that are both diverse and inclusive.

Jessi Briggs (she/her): Communications & Membership Coordinator:
Jessi is a Carlisle resident who shares her home with her partner, children, dog, and cat. Jessi is an award-winning advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, disability and women’s rights, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention.
Carole Knisely (She/Her) UUCV Collaborative Pianist
Born and raised in Central PA, Carole Knisely began piano lessons at age seven and later studied Piano Performance at West Virginia University. After graduating, she spent twelve years as a full-time commercial pianist in Central PA hotels while maintaining an active piano studio. For more than four decades, Professor Knisely has served as a music director, conductor, and accompanist, including work with the Harrisburg Area Community Choir and the Cumberland Singers.
