SUMMARY:Neighbors Helping Neighbors
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we help other community members spruce up Carlisle’s west side neighborhood Saturday\, April 29.  Tasks may include simple yard work\, painting porches\, making small repairs\, etc.  There is something for everyone.   Registration is from 7:30 to 8 am at Heberlig-Palmer Park\, located behind the Project SHARE Farm Stand. The work party begins at 8 and is followed by a noon picnic for all. SIGN UP at the Social Justice table by April 22nd.

SUMMARY:Day of Caring
DESCRIPTION:Sign up by September 16th to join us as we participate in the local “Day of Caring” event\, which will take place on Friday morning\, October 14th.  Last year we joined with other community volunteers to do needed work at the local women’s domestic violence shelter.  We painted a hallway and did a bit of outside yard work.  This event is followed by lunch at Letort Park for those who want to partake and you might get a free t-shirt. \nSignup sheets are on the table below the Social Justice bulletin board in the social hall and in the Dining Room.
