THIS SATURDAY is finally time for the party!!!.  

 

If you signed up to donate beverages – It would be helpful to have these in advance. Donations can be dropped off during regular office hours and placed on the stage in the Social Hall. 

 

If you signed up to donate non nut foods – If possible please bring these on Saturday evening between 5:45 and 6:15. 

 

If you can make a donation of prizes  for the Children’s Auction – Please bring these during regular office hours this week or on Saturday evening. 

 

Do you have your booklet?  You can get one at church this week during regular office hours or when you check in on Auction night. Or a digital version can be found at www.uucv.org then click on Events. 

 

FYI –  the church office will be closed Thursday, November 14 

 

Can’t make it Auction night?  Get a Bidding Buddy!  Information about Bidding Buddies and Check Out options is available on the Auction Table in the Social Hall.
